ENQER is a human-centered cybersecurity app designed to simplify password management while enhancing user security and awareness. It tackles modern challenges in online safety by integrating intuitive features, such as multi-factor authentication, password strength evaluation, and seamless data import options, including file uploads and photo capture, considering the UX issues of varied age ranges.

The design process for ENQER was rooted in user-centered principles, beginning with extensive research to identify user-centered design, password management and cybersecurity challenges. These factors included surveys to uncover user habits, empathy mapping to understand user motivations and audience profiles, psychology mapping to determine variable consumer habits, in-depth research and competitor analysis to position ENQER uniquely in the market. Understanding the problem before tackling a solution was critical. Preliminary concepts were visualized through wireframes and flowcharts, which were iteratively refined based on consistent user feedback throughout the project stages. High-fidelity prototypes were tested with a diverse audience, ensuring accessibility standards per WCAG and AODA and user usability. Branding decisions, including the logo and colour palette, were guided by the app's mission to be approachable and trustworthy and were obtained through user feedback and iteration. Continuous testing and refinement ensured the final design integrated robust security features with a seamless, intuitive interface, creating a product that empowers users to manage their digital lives securely and confidently while motivating and managing the level of trust or reservations new users may have as an entry-level application/development.
